This range applies to a standard closed session at the client's venue in Belgrade. The final price within the range depends on duration.

For more than 20 participants, multiple groups, or two sessions on the same day, we prepare a separate proposal. When sessions can be delivered together, pricing can be more favourable than for separately arranged dates.

Enough for an initial internal estimate. We confirm the final setup around the venue.
Group size
Up to 20 as standard
The standard price applies to up to 20 participants and there is no minimum group size. A smaller group does not reduce the price.
Venue
Seated or lying-down layout
For an initial estimate, allow around 1 m² per person seated or around 2 m² lying down, plus space for instruments and movement.
Setup
Access around one hour before and after
The equipment is set up before the group arrives, with time required afterwards for an unhurried pack-down and removal.
Equipment and production
We bring the instruments
The standard session does not require complex production. For larger events, power, amplification, load-in access, and the layout are checked in advance.
If the venue is in Belgrade, we are happy to review it in person before the final agreement.
