Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains which information Aural collects through the site, why it is processed, and how you can exercise your rights. The text reflects the current architecture of the website and is intended as the public-facing working version.
1. Who controls your information
The controller of the information collected through aural.rs is Aural, reachable at kontakt@aural.rs, by phone at +381 60 16 08 886, and at Vladimira Popovića 50, Belgrade.
2. What we collect
The site currently collects information you choose to share through forms and direct contact.
- Applications for sound healing and 1:1 work may include your name, email, phone number, motivation, preferred format, and timing.
- Astrology-related formats may also require birth date, birth time, and birth place when those details are relevant to the service itself.
- Gift voucher requests may include the recipient, voucher type, preferred service or value, a short note, and delivery timing.
- Companies and events enquiries may include company details, approximate group size, location, timing, and a short brief.
- Newsletter sign-ups collect your email address for occasional Aural updates.
3. Why we use the information
- to respond to your enquiry, application, or voucher request
- to organise the next step, timing, or follow-up communication related to the service
- to send transactional confirmations and practical follow-up emails
- to add your email to the Aural newsletter when you explicitly opt in
- to keep a reasonable internal record of enquiries and applications for continuity and legitimate business needs
4. Legal basis
When you send us an enquiry or application, the information is processed because it is necessary to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps before an eventual service arrangement.
Newsletter processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Sharing
Aural does not sell your information and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Form submissions and newsletter flows currently rely on Brevo for transactional email and newsletter management, in the limited scope necessary to provide those communications.
6. Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, service organisation, newsletter management, and a proportionate internal record.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where relevant, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we receive, while recognising that no form of online communication is entirely risk-free.
