By accessing and using aural.rs, you accept these terms of use together with the related legal documents published on the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or its forms.

The site introduces Aural, its services, application paths, resources, and collaboration formats. The website content is provided for informational and presentation purposes only.

It does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other licensed professional advice.

For medical concerns, diagnosis, or treatment, please consult a qualified physician or other appropriate healthcare professional.

A successfully submitted public workshop booking creates a record for the selected workshop and temporarily holds the requested number of places, provided booking is open and those places remain available when the form is submitted.

That booking does not by itself confirm payment or final attendance. The next confirmed step is communicated through a transactional email or direct communication with Aural.

Other applications, enquiries, and gift voucher requests remain a first point of contact and do not by themselves confirm an appointment, collaboration, or purchase.

A gift voucher is subject to the terms communicated when it is issued.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

A gift voucher is transferable and may be gifted or used by a third person.

A personal gift voucher is prepared for one gift visit to an open workshop or an Individual Sound Healing session.

Changes to the currently available offer do not alter or reinterpret gift voucher requests that Aural has already accepted or vouchers already issued. Their previously confirmed format and scope remain preserved under the terms that applied when the request was accepted or the voucher was issued.

Within a company package, each voucher is intended for one recipient and covers one place at an open Sound Healing workshop. The recipient chooses a published date, and Aural confirms the reservation according to availability.

A private Sound Healing workshop for a team is arranged as a separate format and is not part of a package of individual vouchers.

Redeeming a voucher requires prior contact and scheduling with Aural.

A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

If a scheduled appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the voucher will be considered used for that appointment.

If a scheduled appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, the appointment may be rescheduled to another date.

Submitting a voucher-related form does not by itself confirm a booking, appointment, purchase, or other concrete arrangement.

The site may only be used in a way that is consistent with the law, these terms, and the intended purpose of the website. You must not:

• submit false, misleading, or unauthorised third-party information
• interfere with the website, forms, email flows, or communication channels
• attempt unauthorised access to systems, code, administration, or connected services
• use the website content in a way that creates a false impression of formal affiliation with Aural
• use the website in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or disproportionately disruptive

The texts, website structure, visual elements, the Aural name, the logo, and other published materials belong to Aural or are used with the relevant rights.

Without prior written permission, they may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed, displayed, or otherwise used beyond personal and informational use.

The site may include links to external services or platforms, including email, phone, social media, or other third-party tools. Aural is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operation of those third parties.

Aural does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, therapeutic, or experiential outcome from using the website, reading its content, or contacting Aural through the site.

We aim to keep the website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the site will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical limitations at all times.

Aural may update the website content, the information it provides, and these terms of use from time to time. The current version is always published on this page together with its latest update date.
