WHY WE SHARE THIS
A few minutes of attention, one good question or a short practice can create enough space to notice something more clearly, try a different response, or simply return for a moment to what matters to you.
That is why we make these resources carefully and share them openly. We want them to be simple enough to use in real life, and valuable enough to return to when you find them useful.
You do not need to try everything. Start with what makes sense right now, use it, and give it some time. Small things, returned to regularly, can matter more than they first appear to.
